Positive: This is a small studio, perfect for single or couple. it was clean, the location was perfect for our needs; it is 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to anything. The tram stop, connecting the main train station it is located right beside. The apartment was quiet enough at night. Plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The host responded very quikly to any enquires we had.

Negative: The shower drain could do with more regular maintance/unblocking. Availability of wine glasses and dishwasher liquid wouldn't harm.
